Open data for enabling data-driven government

The digital government program in the Emirate of Ajman, United Arab Emirates has hired us  to help them launch a sustinable open data program that covers the 20+ government agencies in the Emirate.

The video below is from the final ceremony in of the project, honoured by  His Highness Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman and Chairman of the Ajman Executive Council.

Over six months prior to this event, we worked with their leadership team and applied a set of approaches and methodologies in data, leadership, change management, innovation and digital transformation. In the end, we succesfully trained more than 30 Data Ambassadors and launched the central paltform for open data populated with more than 100 high value datasets.
